Physical Therapy, CFMT™

Untap your highest potential with Physical Therapy and Yoga. Karen Church, PT, CFMT, is certified in Functional Manual Therapy™ which integrates soft tissue and joint mobilization and neuromuscular re-education. The progression of Coronavirus/ COVID-19 has resulted in a temporary closure of my physical therapy practice in March. In attempt to support the needs of our community I am offering physical therapy consultations online. These remote sessions via Facetime or Zoom provide individualized self-care and and empower efficient movement for your body within your home, office and recreational activity.

More than ever, exercise is key to optimize your health and reduce stress. We are incredibly blessed with abundant space in the Roaring Fork Valley for walking, hiking, running and biking. I can provide guidance on a customized workout to address your personalized goals within the safety and comfort of your home. Therapeutic Yoga classes are offered in a virtual format via Zoom. They are interactive and emphasize function, sports performance and injury prevention.
