A full continuum of care through community collaboration.
Explore how Therapeutic Yoga can help you achieve healthy alignment, promote postural muscle balance and regulate your nervous system. Through the science of neuroplasticity, you will learn how the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda are integrated in everyday life through mindful and functional movement.
I am excited to partner with Out Here Yoga to present a workshop series beginning this May. Therapeutic Yoga is a unique integration of Physical Therapy and Yoga. This three-week series focuses on optimal alignment for asana and functional movement, and features the release of new digital content.
Whether you are looking to establish a new home practice or supplement an existing one, these experiential sessions will enhance your visual, kinesthetic, and interoceptive learning.

What Participants are Saying:
“The Integration of PT and Yoga is exactly what I have been looking for. While overall healthy, I am experiencing more frequent pain issues and like to understand what is going on with my body while working with professionals. ” Bonnie, Participant from Wisdom Warriors.
“Karen’s workshops are incredibly beneficial, and when I attend them I am amazed at how she customizes the presentation to the specific needs of each of those in attendance, adding slides and amazing photography so one can see exactly what she is explaining. With her integrated approach, she provides clients with immediate relief, as well as the ability to refer her book (which makes a great gift), and her website, to round out the therapy and provide tools for home care. Karen’s healing hands and intelligent approach to yoga and wellness, are gifts that keep me going strong! Thank you, Karen!” -Maurine Taufer, Director for Dance at the Glenwood Springs Center for the Arts.
