What Participants are Saying:

“The Integration of PT and Yoga is exactly what I have been looking for.  While overall healthy, I am experiencing more frequent pain issues and like to understand what is going on with my body while working with professionals. ” Bonnie, Participant from Wisdom Warriors.

“Karen’s workshops are incredibly beneficial, and when I attend them I am amazed at how she customizes the presentation to the specific needs of each of those in attendance, adding slides and amazing photography so one can see exactly what she is explaining. With her integrated approach, she provides clients with immediate relief, as well as the ability to refer her book (which makes a great gift), and her website, to round out the therapy and provide tools for home care.  Karen’s healing hands and intelligent approach to yoga and wellness, are gifts that keep me going strong!  Thank you, Karen!” -Maurine Taufer, Director for Dance at the Glenwood Springs Center for the Arts.

A full continuum of care through community collaboration.
